Nicola Gauyau

With over 22 years professional administration and executive assistance experience, I am responsible for all executive assistant services at RegResponse. I am a polished and professional right hand to our Founder, Bonnie, providing exceptional support to RegResponse. I am here to support Bonnie, the rest of the RegResponse team as well as our clients. If you have a question on who or where to direct your query, I am here to help you.

I manage multiple calendars and inboxes for RegResponse to efficiently arrange client and internal meetings while managing multiple projects from the start to finish. I support all travel for RegResponse to clients and international conferences, as well as all media communications including our website, LinkedIn profiles and other social media. I oversee collating and communicating to our clients RegResponse holidays and company shutdowns, as well as negotiating and liaising with our suppliers, completing all ad-hoc admin, working with IT support to address and maintain all operational systems, and manages all annual renewals.

I have gained vast experience and knowledge in a variety of roles and including Communications, Executive Assistant and running my own successful business. I have worked for large Corporations, mainly in high end Real Estate.  Since starting my own business, I work with small to medium sized businesses, within Professional Services.

When I am not working, I can be found relaxing with my close family and friends. I love to go on long holidays, being outdoors in the fresh air and I prioritise keeping my mind and body in shape.
